Little Pretty Things enjoyed lots of chocolate with the first of our members of the York Chocolate Club as it launched on Thursday 11 March at Monty's Cucina in York. The evening saw our new members make their way through the world of chocolate on a whistle-stop tour of the history and flavours of gorgeous chocolates from Amedei and the Granada Chocolate Company before braving some 99% bars from Parisian chocolatier, Michel Cluizel and even some whole cocoa beans.

We had a lovely evening and really looking forward to welcoming everyone and new members to our next evening on Thursday 8 April 2010 when we'll start at the beginning of the chocolate world with an exploration of white chocolate. All chocolate lovers very much welcome to join us, 7.00pm at Monty's Cucina on Monkgate.

Not able to make it or living outside of York you can purchase most of the chocolates we taste at The Chocolate Trading Company, join our Tasting Club and you'll receive 10% reduction on any of your chocolate orders.
