Little Pretty Things are looking for the folk of Yorkshire to help us with the development of our Yorkshire Chocolate range, this month we'll be previewing our new chocolates at several events across York and seeing how they go down. We've already got our firm favourites such as Little Bitter Things Centurion's Ghost made with the gorgeous creamy real ale made by York Brewery and our Yorkshire Raspberry made with the most flavoursome raspberries lovingly grown by the Balloon Tree on the outskirts of York, we're going to be adding Yorkshire Ginger Parkin, Yorkshire Curd Tart as well as Yorkshire Honey, this leaves us with a space for us to add an interesting Yorkshire inspired creation to the mixture for our range of 6 chocolates. Can you help?

The only stipulation is that it must be inspired by the flavours or recipes of Yorkshire and use at least 20% locally sourced Yorkshire ingredients, we already use Yorkshire Cream and Butter in all of our chocolates so please be as creative as you can be with the other ingredients, we've been considering a Yorkshire Blue Cheese chocolate, or creating a flavour using juicy Strawberries - what do you think? Can you do better?

To send us your suggestions sign up to the Little Pretty Things Chocolate Club and tell us what chocolate you would like to try next, if you're already a member E-mail your suggestions to littleprettything@googlemail.com . We'll be adding new chocolates to the collection each month so need lots of gorgeous suggestions, if we use your creations we'll send you a box of your chocolates for you to test for us.

Visit our Upcoming Events page to see where we're going to be and you can come and test some suggestions for yourself and tell us what you think.
